Return Policy
RETURN PROCESS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers can opt-in for Returns Insurance or "FREE RETURNS" for a $1.98 fee when ordering on the website. This fee covers free return shipping on returns within the 30-day return window for that order. Any returns outside of the return window are not eligible. Orders without the Returns Insurance and/or returns outside of the 30-day return window will be subject to return shipping fees, deducted from the refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unused and with all the original accessories.
To start a return, click here to sign into your account and see your orders. Click on the order in question, and request a return. If you do not have an account, please email customerservice@runlesswire.com with your order number and details about your return request. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return label to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
Please email customerservice@runlesswire.com for any requests on exchanging products. Once returned items are received in the warehouse, the replacement items will be shipped out.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@runlesswire.com.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized products
- Special order products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at customerservice@runlesswire.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE
- Unneeded items can only be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase by the original purchaser. No refund is available after 30 days.
- Warranty defective products can be returned for credit up to five years from purchase date by the original purchaser. If, upon inspection, the unit is found to not be warranty defective, a minimum 25% restocking fee will apply to the credit. If a replacement is needed, a new order should be placed.
