works great !

the only reason I give it 4 starts and not 5
once in a while it won't work the first time you press it- so you need to press again or press harder .
but 90% of times it works flawlessly.

It's ok

The buttons make a loud clicking sound and for me it doesn't work with every press.i wish you would be able to cycle through scenes with multiple clicks. I also would like the screw holes on the face plate to be a little bit bigger so it would make it able to level the plate. My gang box is slightly crooked so that makes the face plate crooked..

Great product

Totally customizable product. I’m really happy that the HUE hub finds it right away. Just drag and drop the lights that you want to control and Bob’s your uncle.

Works just as advertised!

After much research into different types of dimmer switches for Philips Hue bulbs, we decided to go with RunLessWire mainly because it has the look of a normal rocker switch, the dimming function is integrated into the same switch (not a separate tiny slider) and it doesn't require batteries. We ordered 5 of them, so far installed 1 and everything works exactly how we expected it! We were worried about the clicking sound, but realized that all of our normal rocker switches make a sound when you use them and the click is a satisfying reminder that we can use it for as long as we want without having to worry about changing batteries. We love the option of having the single or double rocker (we opted for the single one) and how easily it connects to the Philips Hue app. Installation was a breeze and we can't wait to install the other 4 after we remodel our great room. Highly recommend!

Its a great option

This is one of the best, but not perfect, smart switches. Aesthetically, it blends in with the rest of decora style switches found in many U.S. homes, especially when used in its single rocker configuration. In use though, the switches feel very different. The click is loud, and the actuation takes a bit of effort and precision. The effort or force it requires isnt too bad, except for tiny hands and the less dexterous members of the house. The bigger problem is the precision it requires. When in dual rocker configuration the side by side rockers cannot be actuated at the same time. If you do that in an effort to save time, the actuations get ignored. Ok, no biggie, just take a moment and do them one at a time. Right? Yes EXCEPT, when doing them one at a time if you just happen to slightly bump (or even brush up on) the next rocker the actuation again gets IGNORED. Its frustrating because were getting a lot of missed actuations if we mindlessly try to use the switch. Hopefully this is something RunLessWire can improve via software updates. If it is improved Im outfitting the whole house with them.
